Anywhere

Support & help · your agent, anywhere.

Anywhere is your control room for the AI coding agents and terminals running on your own machines. It pairs with the free anywhered daemon on your Mac or Linux box so you can run and steer Claude Code, Codex, and Gemini CLI, approve their actions, browse files, and attach to real terminals — all from your phone.

Getting started

  1. Install the daemon on the machine you want to control:
    brew install liliang-cn/anywhere/anywhered
    anywhered
  2. Keep it running (start at boot, auto-restart):
    anywhered service install
  3. Pair the app — open Anywhere on your iPhone and Scan to pair the QR that anywhered prints (or anywhered pair for a link). Add more machines any time from Settings → Devices → Add a device.
  4. Report terminal agents (optional) so Claude Code running in a terminal shows up in your Inbox:
    anywhered install-hooks

Frequently asked

The app can't find my machine

Make sure anywhered is running (anywhered status) and that your phone can reach it — same Wi‑Fi/LAN, or over Tailscale/VPN. Re-pair with a fresh QR from anywhered pair (use pair -ts for a Tailscale address off-LAN).

Do you see my code or keys?

No. Anywhere talks directly to your own anywhered daemon over a token-authenticated connection you control. Your code, agents, and terminals never pass through our servers.

What is Anywhere Pro?

A one-time purchase that unlocks unlimited agents across every connected machine, multi-device aggregation & unified inbox, port forwarding, iCloud sync, and Dynamic Island live activity. Every install starts with a 7-day free trial. Restore a previous purchase from Settings → Restore purchases (it syncs across devices on the same Apple ID).

The terminal is dark in Light mode

The terminal follows the app theme by default (Settings → Terminal → Color scheme → Auto). Pick Light for a light terminal, or any other palette (Phosphor, Solarized, Dracula).
